Our CD deposit program mandates a minimum of double your funding request amount in CD's be arranged for purchase at your lending financial institution. For example - imagine your funding request is $1,000,000. Your minimum amount of CD's arranged for transfer by Deposit Capital would be $2,000,000. Many bankers will look more favorably at your funding request when it is associated with such a large quantity of CD's purchased at their bank. Below are the costs associated with our product. Our minimum deposit amount is $100,000 and there is no maximum.

Please remember the deposits we arrange can not be encumbered, pledged, put in jeopardy, used to collateralize your loan, or used to guarantee your loan. Your lender does not have the right of offset against our deposits.

CD deposit fees depend on the dollar amount you request Deposit Capital to move on your behalf. If you transfer more than one million dollars in CDs, the charge will be 3% of that amount. If you transfer less than one million dollars in CDs, the charge will be 5% of the total dollar amount of CD transferred.

Consider an example. If you want to borrow $1,500,000 dollars in order to make your loan more desirable to your banker, we will arrange a minimum of $3,000,000 dollars in CD purchases to be transferred into your bank's coffers. Your fee will be 3 percent of $1,500,000 dollars, which is $45,000 dollars. On the other hand, if your loan amount is $750,000, the fee will be 5 percent of the transfer total. We will transfer a minimum of $1,500,000 in CDs into your bank's reserves, and your charge will be $37,500.

This is the only fee you will be charged for this service. Your fee must be paid into Deposit Capital's trust account before any deposits are moved. Not until the CD deposits are confirmed received at the financial institution you requested will Deposit Capital be paid from the trust account.

We then identify ten banks we believe are likely to be interested in our product were it attached to a bankable loan submitted to them. We then arrange for a small CD to be purchased at each of the ten banks to serve as an example deposit. We then professionally prepare an 8-10 page document package for each of the ten banks. You include this document package in each of your ten financing proposals you prepare for the ten banks. When your banker reviews your loan, he will see that we have already demonstrated our program by transferring an Example Deposit into the coffers of their institution.

Your dealings are between yourself and your banker. We simply arrange for CD's to be purchased at the bank you request, that is our ONLY job. Our CD deposit program has a 95% funding track record through the years and is a great way to speed up your funding. Your borrowing package must be bankable and professionally prepared. The 5% of applicants that do not get funding in our 95% program had non-bankable borrowing packages to begin with.

If all ten banks declined your funding request then we will send you to an additional ten banks.
